The package does not include entrance tickets to the Campus Festival.
Package includes
- 1 night accommodation for 2 persons in the selected room type
- 1 coffee / person to start the day (or the next morning) (soft drink for children)
- 2 light meals / person (1 lunch + 1 dinner, sandwich-style refuelling between parties)
- 1 round of shots / person – to start the evening (lemonade for children)
- Parking in the hotel underground garage, so you don’t have to worry about it
- VAT is included in the price
Room rates
- Classic room for 2: 77.200 HUF / 2 adults / 1 night
- Superior room for 2: 85.200 HUF / 2 adults / 1 night
- Suite: 95.200 HUF / 2 adults / 1 night
The above rates are valid for a minimum 1-night stay.
Children’s discounts (on an extra sofa bed in the parents’ room):
- 0–5.99 years: free of charge
- 6–11.99 years: 42.600 HUF / child / package
- From 12 years: full price applies
- Maximum 2 children can be accommodated only in Suites
Tourist tax is not included in the price. In 2026 it is 400 HUF / person / night, payable on site for guests aged 18 and over.
Prepayment:
- 100% of the reservation must be paid in advance based on a proforma invoice within 3 days of booking
- If the amount is not received by the deadline, the reservation will be automatically cancelled
Cancellation policy:
- 100% cancellation fee applies for cancellations 1 day before arrival
- 50% cancellation fee applies for cancellations between 2–6 days before arrival
- Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival

No refund is available for unused package elements. VAT applicable at the time of service use is included in the price.
After payment of the advance, the reservation is non-cancellable.
