The oldest continuously operating domestic jazz festival and the Debrecen Wine Carnival were merged in 2015: the Debrecen Wine and Jazz Days represent the forefront of the domestic gastro-cultural program next to Békás Lake.

At the spring and autumn outdoor fairs, you can choose from a wide variety of handicrafts and applied art items, as well as items that follow the latest trends. Hundreds of merchants and artisans offer their wares at the fair and the street of artisans.
The real value of the Kossuth square event is that those interested can meet the breeders directly, and in many cases they can buy the product from the person who produced it. Final products from stock controlled by the National Association of Mangalica Breeders may only be present on the program.
On the main square of Debrecen, traditional, delicious goose dishes are prepared in show kitchens, and wineries of Eger offer their delicious juices in honor of the new wine.
