No. 3 London Dry

The No.3 London Dry Gin is a premium gin produced by Berry Bros. & Rudd, one of London’s oldest wine and spirits merchants. The gin is named after the company’s headquarters at 3 St. James’s Street in London, which has been their home since 1698. No.3 gin is made from six carefully selected botanicals: juniper, sweet orange peel, grapefruit peel, coriander, angelica root, and cardamom. These ingredients are steeped for 16 hours in a copper still over 100 years old, then distilled for seven hours to achieve the desired flavor profile. The bottle design is also notable: the green glass features a key, symbolizing the key to one of the company’s rooms where many important decisions were made, including the creation of the gin.
