Plantation 3 Stars is a premium, light Caribbean rum made from a blend of rums from Barbados, Jamaica, and Trinidad. The rum is first aged using traditional Caribbean methods, then further aged in French oak barrels to develop a richer flavor profile. Its aroma is fresh and citrusy, complemented by vanilla and subtle spice notes, with tropical fruits like banana and pineapple also present. The taste is light, fresh, and slightly sweet, with fruity notes of green apple and citrus, fine spiciness, and a mild oaky finish.
